Pharmacy Services

Austin’s Pharmacy Division is led by our experienced team of Clinical Pharmacy Directors. The team of professional, friendly specialists get to know each individual and strive to deliver exceptional customer care. Their goal is for each person to feel as if their situation has been improved through experiences with our expert pharmacy team.

Fertility Medication Services

Austin Specialty Pharmacy is led by our Certified Fertility Nurse together with our fertility pharmacy team. This seasoned group has over 25 years of experience in the field of infertility, reproductive endocrinology, and women’s health. Our experts provide a comprehensive coordinated plan of care tailored to each couple’s unique situation and needs.

Compounding Services

Austin’s Compounding Lab is lead by our Director of Compounding Services. This team provides alternative medication forms and strengths, customized flavors and textures, and formulations that exclude intolerables and allergens. This group can create customized medications for clinical trials, physician practices, and individuals needing unique absorption and dosage.

Medication Management

Austin’s Medication Management & Institutional Services Program is led by our Clinical Pharmacy Director. This team provides individualized consultative services on alternative drug therapies, interactions, and adverse reactions. They also specialize in customized medication packaging to enhance patient compliance and care.

Health & Wellness

Austin’s Health & Wellness Program is led by our Director of Nursing, a Licensed Nurse Practitioner and Certified Nutrition & Wellness Consultant. This clinical team provides resources for the community including health and nutrition screenings, blood pressure checks, and immunization clinics. They are also available for in-services and consultations.

Diabetes Management

Austin’s Diabetes Management Program is led by our Director of Nursing, a Licensed Nurse Practitioner, and our Certified Therapeutic & Orthotic Fitter. Consultations on diabetes management, proper nutrition, and skin & foot care are offered. This group also specializes in diabetic shoe fittings, insulin pumps, and glucose testing supplies.

Compression Therapy

Austin’s Compression Division is led by our Director of Orthopedics and Braces. She and her team have over 25 years of experience measuring and fitting lymphedema garments, mastectomy products, compression stockings, and sports braces. This group provides guidance on proper usage & care of products and demonstrates proper donning technique.

Ostomy & Wound Care

Austin’s Certified Wound, Ostomy & Continence Nurse (WOCN) provides consultative services on products and care to patients and their families. This team is available to provide in-services to licensed staff on wound healing and management, ostomy care, the use of compression therapies, and advances in skin care.

Medical Equipment

Austin’s Medical Equipment Division is led by our Therapy Director and Director of Medical Equipment. This seasoned team is versed in the proper positioning, transfer, use and fit of all major medical equipment. Services include home set-up & installation of equipment, safety assessments, and consultative services to improve mobility & independence.
